4 x 30-minute session (Voice or Video Call) Feeling stuck, not sure what to do?   Are you unsure that your life could improve? Need a non-judgmental listener? Just 30 minutes a week with me can make a massive difference to your life, you can off load what is bothering you and I can provide you with support and practical solutions. You will also receive unlimited text support in between our sessions, as I know things come up that you will need additional support with. Remember,  you don't have to do this alone, I am here and I can help you. Investment: £165 All sessions are done using WhatsApp, please make sure you have this installed.
